Corrections, product suggestions, brands who think they have been misjudged and readers who think the whole argument is wrong: all of it is welcome, and it is read by Keith rather than by a support queue.

A published address is being set up and will appear here shortly. Until it does, the fastest way to flag something is to note the article title and the sentence you are querying, so that when the route opens the correction can be made in one pass.

What gets a fast reply

Factual corrections. If something on this site is wrong, say which article and which line, and it gets fixed in the text with a dated note at the foot of the piece rather than quietly deleted. That is set out in full in the editorial policy. Dead links, a product that has gone out of production and a size chart that no longer matches the maker's own all count as corrections too.

What gets a slower one

Product suggestions are genuinely welcome and are worked into whichever article they fit, but that can take a while, because the honest version involves buying the thing and wearing it for a few months first. How that works is described on how we choose.

What will not work

Paid placement, sponsored posts, link insertions into existing articles and offers to write a guest piece with a client link buried in paragraph four. None of those are available at any price, and the affiliate disclosure explains why the site is funded the way it is instead. Brands are welcome to get in touch about anything else.

Privacy

Anything you send is used to answer you and nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list to add it to. The privacy and cookie policy covers what the site stores.
